When you start to experience a change in your mind, it can feel like you need to express your new outlook to other people in your life. You want to be authentic and non-compromising about how you feel and act, and this can lead to some strange conversations! When you try to talk to your friends and family about your insights, they can become upset about what you are saying, or completely ignore you. It is helpful to remember that your healing journey is not about convincing others. It is about practicing the mind training for yourself in all situations.

You do not have to try to choose where miracles are bestowed. Instead, let the Spirit direct you. “He will go before you, making straight your path and leaving in your way no stones to trip on, no obstacles to bar your way. Not one seeming difficulty but will melt away before you reach it. You need to take thought for nothing, careless of except the only purpose that you would fulfill.” T-20.IV.8:5-6
