David Hoffmeister explores the topic of special and holy relationships. The purpose is key in understanding the difference between the ego’s purpose and the Holy Spirit’s purpose for relationships, things, events, and encounters. Consistently aligning with this purpose of forgiveness takes mind training. When we are living in purpose, we simply accept what is given. The script is written, so we can let go, and allow ourselves to be gently carried down a river of love.
Transform your mind. Give away the filter that is in place that is specialness. Specialness is the desire to get. It is the ego’s lens of seeing the world. Without this filter, you transform your mind into holiness; wholeness. The mind that believes it is separate is not satisfied with its self-image, so it wants to get more. The separate self wants to improve. It is constantly seeking and investing energy and time, and then feeling unsatisfied.
It is exhausting to try to be perfect all of the time. Self acceptance is very relaxing. You can give up the need to be important, well liked, more intelligent, or better looking. Get off of the treadmill of self-improvement! Instead, expose all of the subtle secrets that the ego tries to keep. The secrets hide your true identity from you. Your true identity is already perfect! Your identity is beyond the forms in this world. Your identity is Spirit. You were created perfect, beautiful, and innocent. There is no need to improve a thing about yourself. Relax into self acceptance. Give yourself over to the miracle.
