Forgiveness overlooks the error entirely and flows in joy and ease and grace.

Stress and Worry 30+ mins, God's Plan, Mind Training, Past–Future Thoughts, Perceptual Problem, Personality-Self, Present Moment, Private Thoughts, Purpose, Unified Perception
David Hoffmeister shares this teaching about how to free the mind from the thoughts that produce guilt. A participant question and example brings forth clarity on the topic. This is the forgiveness Jesus calls for, and which brings about healing and happiness.
Stress and Worry 10–30 mins, Allowance, Authenticity, Dark and Intense Emotions, Faith, From Darkness to Light, Guidance, Guilt, Happy Dream, Non-Judgment, Perception, Perceptual Problem, Personality-Self, Split Mind, True Forgiveness, True Peace, Trust, Unified Perception
Instead of focusing on the body, put your attention on joining, connecting. The ego-mind looks for problems to solve; the whole world is a mirror of this mind searching and exaggerating the problem instead of the solution (joining). A succession of personality identities will be revealed; even “teacher of God” or the “saint” are masks. We must keep unveiling until all is exposed and we have moved completely into the light. Always be authentic and guidance for the next step will be there.
Health and Sickness 10–30 mins, Atonement, Contentment and Happiness, Listen and Follow, Perception, Perceptual Problem, Sickness
There is a belief that some people have “disabilities” and are lacking. We are not seeing with spiritual vision. This is a perceptual problem. Everyone who comes to this world is schizophrenic in that they listen to multiple voices in their minds. The sleeping mind is trying to listen to both spirit and to the ego—sickness itself. Psychosis is a break from reality, and everyone who believes in this world is psychotic because Reality has nothing to do with this place. We are pure Oneness.
Health and Sickness 5–10 mins, Body Issues, Creation and Extension, Insurance, Love, Perceptual Problem, Sickness, Symbols, True Forgiveness
David Hoffmeister teaches about spiritual practice and shares two parables about healing practices (yoga, massage) shifting from a focus on specific techniques and trying to fix the forms, to a unification with Spirit’s perception in which all illness is seen as misperception and the only correction for that misperception lies in forgiveness. All symptoms are effects and all symptoms are symbols which Spirit can use.
Addictions 10–30 mins, Admitting the Problem, Allowance, Beliefs and Concepts, Competition, Denial and Repression, Desire, Dreaming, Error and Sin, Healing, Leap of Faith, Non-Compromise, Perceptual Problem, Prayer, Separation, Theory vs Experience, Undoing the Ego
You made the ego by believing in it. The ego IS the big bang! An experience (beyond the ego) will come to end your doubting. This will not be another theological concept. It will be an experience.
Addictions, Depression 5–10 mins, Addictions, Beliefs and Concepts, Christ-Identity, Dark Night of the Soul, Death Wish, Dreaming, Grief and Sadness, Grievances, Hallucination, Oneness, Perceptual Problem, Projection, Psychosis, Schizophrenia, Separation, True Forgiveness, Upset
The ego made the world. All miscreation comes from the belief in separation from God. Forgive the belief in separation. See that you have a perceptual problem. You have had a major break with reality, which is psychosis. If you’ve ever noticed the thought, “I feel crazy sometimes, what’s wrong with me?” then you are becoming aware of the insanity! You are hallucinating. Pray to the Holy Spirit to show you, convince you, of the truth.
Guidance 10–30 mins, A Course in Miracles, Activism, Christ-Identity, Love, Perception, Perceptual Problem, Projection, Purpose, Questioning, Spiritual Vision, Split Mind
It doesn’t matter how high your principles are; if you don’t apply them, it’s not going to give you peace of mind. If you took just ONE spiritual principle and applied it in your life across the board with all your situations, you could reach Enlightenment so much faster than by trying to accumulate hundreds of principles. And if you really wanted to boil “A Course in Miracles” down to one idea or principle, it would be the serenity prayer: “God, grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change, the courage to change the things I can, and wisdom to know the difference.” The things I cannot change would be anything of this world of form, of time and space; the only thing I CAN change is my mind; and the wisdom to know the difference is the Holy Spirit’s Love which has already been given.
