Boredom is a form of depression that occurs when the mind has become addicted to change. The cure is the spontaneity that comes from connection with inner guidance in the moment, connection with purpose. You become immersed in the Presence and the “doer” disappears. Spirit does the task through you and collaboration flows easily.

The Body Is a Projection
The body is a projection. Does Spirit inhabit the body? No. Ego animated life is like a Disney cartoon. It has no life; it is just quickly flickering images. Remember Pinocchio? He wanted to be a “real boy;” to think he had autonomy. It’s as though we decide to go back to letting the body be “God’s puppet”βlet Him “pull the strings” instead of trying to make the body a real concern for us. How shall I use this body? What is it for? Only for communicating Love; to let the Voice for God speak through it. This could sound really boring to the ego.
The Ego Trap of Familiarity
The only thing the ego has to offer is the familiar. The “I know” mind that thinks it knows anything about this world is the same mind that has opinions, judgments, and comparisons. The ego makes there seem to be a sense of safety in that familiarity, but something inside our hearts wants us to open up to a greater sense of love, greater than anything on this earth. Trust will bring us there.
