To the ego, opening is equated with loss, vulnerability, pain, and rejection. The Holy Spirit uses relationships to create new associations with love and appreciation. The ego says, “You are too joyful. Turn down your joy.” Open to joy. Share, express, and do not hide or stuff down your emotions. Your confidence will grow.
