We are not satisfied with our self-image, so we want to improve it, to “trade up” in relationships. We invest in relationships to get something, to get a return, and we are upset when we don’t get what we want.
The solution is to shift to Divine Purpose, to communication, and to your miracle working function. Then we feel content and free. Give your relationship to the Holy Spirit. These two guidelines: “No people-pleasing” and “No private thoughts” encourage open, honest, direct communication. The resulting open disclosure nurtures love.
