In order to be free from the feeling of the stress and pressure that comes with the thought, “I need to stop judging,” we need to become clear on our true identity.
In the Manual for Teachers of A Course in Miracles, Jesus addresses the question, “How is judgment relinquished?” M-10 What a great question! Who is judging? You are caught in an illusion! There was never a judge. There was never a judgment.
We don’t have to relinquish judgement, we need to go prior to the judgment to see that we never could have judged. That prior state is always available.
