Nothing can go wrong when we follow the Spirit’s guidance. When we begin the spiritual journey, we may seem to get negative reflections from our family at first; but they are really just calls for love. Keep extending love in these moments and just trust in the great plan for awakening and in the Holy Spirit. Everything always works out in the end. And remember that all things work together for good, you can’t mess this up!
“The best thing you can do for your family and for everyone is to follow that guidance and stay true to that course, because the greatest gift we can offer anybody is happiness. And our families are counting on us to be happy. We’re to be the way-showers of happiness and oftentimes when we follow Spirit’s guidance it doesn’t seem to register with the goals of the world. Jesus says at one point you may notice that the goal of ACIM is very different to the goals of the world. He’s pointing out there is a huge difference between the goal for present peace, for forgiveness now, for that love, joy and happiness right now than there is with the goals of the world.”
