David Hoffmeister shares the wisdom of a state of mind some call Enlightenment. He speaks at a retreat in Mallorca, Spain and reveals that perception is the projection of an inward condition. The body and brain and world and feelings are all projections of thoughts, and everything begins and ends in consciousness. The mind is literally teaching itself and this teaching is of the mind and not the bodies. Everything that seems to be an external cause is only an unreal effect, and that is why Jesus teaches, “seek not to change the world, but choose to change your mind about the world.” T-21.in.1:7
